U.S. Elite Water Ski Team Trials Begins Friday
The 2007 U.S. Elite Water Ski Team Trials will be held Friday through Sunday at Cory Pickos'' World Water Ski & Wakeboard Center in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. A four-member team will be selected to compete in the 2007 Pan American Games, July 21-24, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a six-member team will be selected to compete in the 2007 Water Ski World Championships, Aug. 27-Sept. 2, in Linz, Austria.
Both teams will be selected by the American Water Ski Association's International Activities Committee (IAC) following the three-round team trials. The American Water Ski Association is a sport discipline of USA Water Ski.
